I have always had a passion for sports and exercise. I played competitive sports through high school and intramural sports in college. After college I began to miss the competitive drive I got from playing sports. I started doing Crossfit in my brother’s garage and realized I had never been physically or mentally challenged in this way. However, I still missed the team aspect of sports and how that pushes you to be better. This void lead me to join Dog House as a member in 2013 in search of the friends and community Crossfit was so well known for. I quickly realized it was one of the greatest decisions of my life. I learned what it meant to truly live a healthy life. I wanted to share this life changing experience with everyone and anyone I met. I am now so excited and blessed to be able to help people discover strengths within themselves they never knew existed. Coaching has become my passion and I am lucky to do what I love, surrounded by amazing people every day.
