Kid Classes

Our Kid’s classes are fun, safe, and empowering! They teach kids to develop a healthy relationship with exercise and build confidence when they see how strong and capable, they already are!

 

Class is for kids 8-12 years old who may just want to get moving a more serious athlete looking to enhance performance through strength and conditioning. Offered twice a week.

Mobility

Stretching is an essential part of any fitness program. In our Mobility class, taught by our in-house physical therapist assistant, members can stretch and strengthen their muscles, which help prevent injuries, improve performance, and joint movement. Helps reduce soreness. Class is free to all members

Group Fitness Classes:

We offer a Crossfit Class, and a Bootcamp class and we encourage people of all fitness levels to get started with us. ALL classes are coach led.

 

No matter your fitness level, coaches guide you the entire hour, adjusting and modifications where needed to ensure you get an awesome workout, just show up and we take care of the rest. If you are looking for an effective program or maybe you are bored with your current fitness routine, we invite you to join our community.

Personal Training:

Personal training is a great way to tailor your workouts 100% to meet your personal goals but also include variety to keep you coming back for more. We offer both 30 min and 60 min sessions. Times vary depending on availability.
